Delivery to box
Your bike will be delivered directly to your front door in the practical transport box by the Swiss Post.
In the box you will find a tool set that includes everything for the assembly of the bike. With the help of our instruction videos, you can then put together the bike yourself. The time required is approx. 30min

Our service partner contacts you by phone after ordering to make a delivery date with you. The bike is completely built up and delivered directly to your home.

Collection in the store
You pick up your bike in one of our flagship stores. On request (selectable option in the shopping cart), our experienced mechanics professionally assemble your bike and accessories. So it is ready for use when picking up.
