I Purchased A Bike Online and Had It Delivered Fully Built. Unfitunately there was a problem with it, but they managed to solve the problem locally in basel and at no cost to me. The Bike (Lady Comfort 8 Speed) is Really Special - One Can't Find A Lightweight Dutch -Style Bike Anywhere Else. I love it and at the Grateful for the Honest and Friendly Service.

Top customer service! I recently bought a new bike and unfortunately a tire was defective. I described everything via the contact form and received immediate feedback from a very friendly and competent employee. The case was handled quickly and the replacement tire was delivered to me in less time. Thank you for the great service!

The shop is beautifully decorated and all models are ready for test driving. Takis served us extremely friendly and gave us very competent advice. We were also kindly offered coffee. You won't be ripped off here; your own tastes in models and colors are taken into account. The number of gears or accessories are shown but are in no way intrusive. It is more recommended to try out and ride the bike and you can come back at any time and change things on the bike (handlebars, mudguards, luggage rack, basket, etc.). We were able to pick up our two bikes after about 7 working days because there are a lot of orders. We'd love to come by again! ❤️
