General

These General Terms and Conditions of AMPM AG (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") govern all rights and obligations arising from the business relationship between AMPM AG and its customers. By placing an order, the customer accepts the version of the General Terms and Conditions valid at the time of the order as part of the contract. The applicability of any general terms and conditions of the customer is excluded. Agreements, amendments, and ancillary arrangements deviating from AMPM AG's General Terms and Conditions shall only be valid if expressly confirmed in writing by AMPM AG. Should individual provisions of the contract, including the General Terms and Conditions, be wholly or partially invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions or parts of such provisions shall remain unaffected. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a provision that comes legally closest to the purpose of the invalid provision.

Payment Terms

The prices stated are indicative prices that depend on current market prices. Depending on the destination country, prices are shown in Swiss Francs (CHF) or Euros (EUR) and include the statutory value-added tax. Shipping and packaging costs are charged separately.

For deliveries to countries outside Switzerland and the European Union, additional import duties, customs fees, or local taxes may apply. These are not included in the purchase price and must be borne by the recipient.

Goods will only be shipped once payment has been received in full. Payment is made using the payment methods offered at checkout (e.g., credit card, PayPal, and – for customers in Switzerland – Twint), which ensure immediate payment processing.

Liability and Defects

A warranty period of 24 months from the date of purchase (invoice date) applies to all products offered in the online catalog. A warranty period of 24 months is also granted for non-wearing parts (frame, fork, etc.). The warranty claim automatically expires if the buyer makes changes or repairs to the product themselves. The seller is not liable for damage caused by improper use or normal wear and tear. Liability is also excluded for damage that did not occur to the product itself (consequential damage). Liability for slight negligence is excluded.

Conclusion of Contract

The contract between the customer and AMPM AG is concluded by the customer placing an order. Orders are placed via the online shop. AMPM AG's order confirmation is sent by e-mail. For short-notice deliveries, the delivery note/invoice may replace the written confirmation.

Delivery Time

Within Switzerland, deliveries are generally made within 7 business days. For deliveries to the European Union and other countries, delivery times may differ and are generally longer. If an item is not in stock, we will notify you as soon as possible and inform you of the expected delivery date. Delivery is at the recipient's risk.

Protection of Intellectual Property

The design, graphics, and all texts on AMPM AG's website www.siech-cycles.com are protected. Copying and using copies, even in part, is prohibited. The logos, trademarks, product names, and company names displayed on the website are the property of their respective owners.

Offers

AMPM AG's offers are non-binding. We reserve the right to make design and technical changes, as well as to correct any errors in the description, images, weight specifications, and pricing.

Promotional Vouchers

Promotional vouchers are valid only for the specified period and can be redeemed only once per order. The value of the goods must be at least equal to the amount of the promotional voucher. For administrative reasons, any remaining credit cannot be refunded to the customer. Promotional vouchers can only be redeemed before completing the order process. Subsequent crediting is not possible. Any remaining balance of a promotional voucher will not be paid out in cash or with interest. Multiple promotional vouchers cannot be combined. If the credit of a promotional voucher is not sufficient for the order, the difference can be settled using the available payment methods.

Refund Policy

Siech Cycles grants the customer a right of return within a period of 14 days from the first delivery or collection of the goods. The right of return is subject to the goods being undamaged, showing no signs of use, and being returned complete (including all accessories and other packaging inserts).

Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

These General Terms and Conditions and any contracts resulting from or concluded in connection with them are governed by Swiss law. The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes is Zurich.

Severability Clause

Should one or more provisions of these General Terms and Conditions be wholly or partially invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining General Terms and Conditions shall not be affected. The provisions of Swiss law shall apply to invalid or unenforceable provisions.

What are cookies?

1.1 Cookies are small text files that are sent to and stored on the device you use to visit our webshop or a third-party website, such as your smartphone, computer, or tablet.
