These general terms and conditions of AMPM GmbH (hereinafter referred to as “GTC”) apply to all rights and obligations that are based on the business relationships between AMPM GmbH and its customers. By placing the order, the customer accepts the version of the General Terms and Conditions valid at the time of the order as part of the contract. The applicability of any general terms and conditions of the customer is excluded. Agreements, additions and additional agreements that deviate from the General Terms and Conditions of AMPM GmbH only apply if they have been expressly confirmed in writing by AMPM GmbH. If individual provisions of the contract, including the General Terms and Conditions, are wholly or partially ineffective, the effectiveness of the remaining provisions or parts of such provisions remains unaffected. The invalid provision is replaced by a provision that comes as close as legally possible to the purpose of the invalid provision.

Payment Terms

The prices given are guide prices that depend on current market prices. All prices are in Swiss francs (CHF) including VAT. Transport and packaging costs are calculated separately. AMPM GmbH only delivers against advance payment. The following payment options are available:
• Credit card payment
• Twint
• Paypal

Liability and defects

A guarantee period of 24 months from the date of purchase (invoice date) applies to all products offered in the online catalog. A guarantee period of 24 months is granted for non-wearing parts (frame, fork, etc.). The warranty claim expires automatically if the buyer makes any changes or repairs to the product himself. The seller is not liable for damage caused by improper use or normal wear and tear. Liability also excludes damage that did not occur on the product itself (consequential damage). Liability due to slight negligence is excluded.

Conclusion of contract

The contract between the customer and AMPM GmbH comes about through an order from the customer. The order is placed via the online shop. The order confirmation from AMPM GmbH will be sent via email. For short-term deliveries, the delivery note/invoice can replace the written confirmation.

Delivery time

Deliveries usually take place within 7 working days. If we do not have an item in stock, we will let you know as quickly as possible when delivery is expected. Delivery is at the risk of the recipient.

Intellectual property protection

The design, graphics and all texts on the AMPM GmbH website www.siech-cycles.ch are protected. Copying and using copies, even in parts, is prohibited. The logos and trademarks, product names and company names shown on the website are the property of their respective owners.

Offer

The offers from AMPM GmbH are non-binding. We reserve the right to make changes to the design and technical changes, as well as possible errors in the description, illustration, weight and price information.

Delivery conditions

Only the most modern production processes and machines are used for production. Since we sell our bikes directly through our online store without agents, importers or middlemen, we can pass on the price advantages we gain to you. We maintain a direct customer relationship with you and strive to implement your input and suggestions about our bikes as quickly as possible and to continually improve.

Severability clause

If one or more provisions of these General Terms and Conditions are wholly or partially ineffective or unenforceable, this will not affect the validity of the remaining General Terms and Conditions. The provisions valid under Swiss law apply to ineffective or unenforceable regulations. If there is a gap in these General Terms and Conditions, the regulation provided for under Swiss law will apply to close the gap.

Promotional vouchers

Promotional vouchers are only valid for the specified period and can only be redeemed once as part of an ordering process. The value of the goods must be at least equal to the amount of the promotional voucher. For administrative reasons, it is not possible to refund the customer any remaining credit. Promotional vouchers can only be redeemed before completing the ordering process. Subsequent crediting is not possible. The balance of a promotional voucher will neither be paid out in cash nor interest. Multiple promotional vouchers cannot be combined with each other. If the credit of a promotional voucher is not sufficient for the order, the difference can be made up using the payment options offered.

Refund policy

Siech Cycles grants the customer a right of return within a period of 14 days from the first delivery or collection of the goods. The right of return is provided that the goods are undamaged, show no signs of use and are returned complete (including all accessories and other packaging inserts).

Place of jurisdiction and applicable law

These General Terms and Conditions and the contracts resulting from or in connection with them are subject to Swiss law. The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes is Zurich.

What are cookies?
