With our flagship stores in the heart of Zurich and Basel Siech Cycles will be a point of contact for its customers - true to the motto: Bicycles have to be experienced! Also has Siech Cycles via in-house logistics. These three locations must be connected in a constant exchange. And for that we need you! Are you a reliable and flexible person who likes to get hands-on and would like to work in a young, dynamic team?

• You are the first point of contact for customer concerns and manage the customer care mailbox as well as the Siech-Hotline.
• You coordinate daily orders via our logistics tool.
• You work closely with the sales, workshop, marketing and IT departments.
• You are responsible for the inventory of the in-house logistics and ensure that there are always enough products available in the stores in Zurich and Basel.
• You supply the stores and manage the spare parts warehouse.
• You pack and ship orders from in-house logistics.

• Experience in customer service – both telephone and written.
• Fluent written and spoken German as well as solid knowledge of English.
• You enjoy working both physically and administratively – both hands-on and in the office.
• You enjoy being on the move and are happy to take on the role as a link between the three Siech-locations.
• Independent, reliable personality with a strong sense of responsibility
• Category B ticket.
• Openness and motivation to learn new things.
