Job description

Do you like working with people? Are you the person to contact when things need to be organized? Do you love picking up the phone and making things happen? Our team is looking for a customer service and logistics specialist to keep our operations running smoothly and our drivers happy.

Your tasks

As a key player in our logistics and customer service team, you will ensure that every order, shipment and customer inquiry is handled with precision and care. From coordinating deliveries to solving challenges on the fly, you will be the bridge between our customers, suppliers and the warehouse team.

Skillset checklist

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Experience in logistics, supply chain or customer service (bonus points for bicycle industry experience).
  • Tech-savvy: Familiarity with logistics software, CRM tools and spreadsheets.
  • Excellent communication skills – you know how to keep things clear and professional.
  • Problem-solving mindset – You don’t just identify problems, you fix them.
  • Passion for cycling and sustainability is a plus!
  • Fluent English skills (German or other languages are an advantage).
